Louis

Technology, Systems and Business Improvement

Louis is responsible for the technology and systems that help Flippen Lekka operate efficiently and grow.

He manages the company’s online stores, ordering systems, customer portals, production software, stock systems, courier integrations, barcode scanning, label printing and automated workflows.

He looks for ways to replace repetitive manual work with faster, more reliable systems. He also uses company data to improve pricing, sales reporting, customer service, production planning and management decisions.

Louis is involved in product packaging, labels, online marketing, website development and new business opportunities. He also develops systems such as FLSS that could eventually be sold or licensed to other companies.

In simple terms Louis builds and manages the technology that connects Flippen Lekka’s sales, production, stock, delivery and customer service operations.

Michael

Operations and Day-to-Day Management

Michael is responsible for the daily running of the business.

He oversees production, staff, stock, orders, packing, warehouse activities and the movement of products through the company. He makes sure that orders are produced correctly, packed properly and completed on time.

Michael manages the practical side of the business and deals with operational problems as they arise. He helps coordinate employees, production schedules, customer requirements and deliveries.

In simple terms Michael makes sure the business runs properly every day and that the work gets done.

André

Founder, Director and Strategic Leader

André founded Flippen Lekka and provides the company with overall leadership and direction.

He uses his experience and knowledge of the products, customers and industry to guide major business decisions. He is involved in the company’s long-term strategy, important customer relationships, product direction, financial decisions and growth opportunities.

André also protects the values, reputation and identity of the Flippen Lekka brand. He ensures that the company continues to build on what has made it successful since it started.

In simple terms André leads the company, protects the brand and helps decide where the business should go next.
