This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the Flippen Lekka online store.
Delivery Area
Online store delivery is available within South Africa only. International orders should be placed through our export partners SAPRO and IOEC.
Couriers
We ship using SWE Couriers and The Courier Guy. Flippen Lekka selects the most cost-effective courier at shipping time unless the customer requests otherwise.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery is usually 3-5 business days after order processing. Remote areas, courier delays, public holidays and peak periods may affect timing.
Collections
Collection is available after your order has been confirmed. Collection hours are 9am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9am - 1pm. Collection address: 7 Papawer Street, Blomtuin, Bellville, Cape Town, 7530, Western Cape, South Africa.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a complete physical delivery address and reachable contact number.
- Check your parcel when it arrives.
- Report visible damage or incorrect items quickly with order details and photos.
