Because Flippen Lekka products are food and seasoning products, returns are limited once goods have been dispatched or opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns, replacements or credits are considered when an item arrives damaged or when the incorrect item was supplied.
Reporting Window
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What To Send
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged parcel, damaged product or incorrect item.
Courier Costs
If the issue is Flippen Lekka's mistake, Flippen Lekka will pay the return or replacement courier cost.
