Red Wine Meatballs & Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Make your favourite meatball mix and fry them until golden brown in olive oil. When the meatballs are done, place them on a plate and discard the oil, but do not clean the pan. For the sauce, add 1/2 cup good red wine, 15ml Flippen Lekka Spice and one 450g can of "Miami Boerie Relish" (sweet tomato flavour) to the same pan

Method

  1. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring continuously
  2. Add the meatballs to the hot sauce and simmer for 15 more minutes
  3. Serve over cooked spaghetti
