Ingredients
- Make your favourite meatball mix and fry them until golden brown in olive oil. When the meatballs are done, place them on a plate and discard the oil, but do not clean the pan. For the sauce, add 1/2 cup good red wine, 15ml Flippen Lekka Spice and one 450g can of "Miami Boerie Relish" (sweet tomato flavour) to the same pan
Method
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring continuously
- Add the meatballs to the hot sauce and simmer for 15 more minutes
- Serve over cooked spaghetti
