Honey-Mustard Bacon Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 Boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
• 25ml Worcestershire sauce
• 15 ml Flippen Lekka Spice
• 8 slices grilled bacon
• half a punnet button mushrooms fried in butter
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• honey & mustard salad dressing. Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pierce with a fork

Method

1. Rub with the spices and pour over the Worcestershire sauce
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
3. Remove chicken from marinade and fry in a pan for 5 mins on each side
4. Place on baking tray and cover the chicken with the bacon, mushrooms and cheese
5. Grill in hot oven until cheese has melted
6. Remove from oven and pour over the honey & mustard salad dressing to taste
