Parmesan Crumb Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp Flippen Lekka Spice
  • 40g (1/2 cup) finely grated parmesan
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 4-6 pork chops. Place the bread in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine the breadcrumbs, garlic, spices and parmesan in a bowl
  2. Place the egg in a shallow bowl
  3. Dip the pork chops in egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat
  4. Spray a non-stick frying pan with non-stick spray to lightly grease
  5. Cook the pork over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking
  6. Serve with a salad of your choice
