Chicken Alfredo & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Royco / Knorr Alfredo Pasta Sauce powder
- 125ml milk
- 21/2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cubed chicken breast fillets, fried
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped and roasted red peppers
- 5ml Flippen Lekka Spice
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- In large bowl combine pasta sauce and milk
- Stir in rice, chicken, peas, red peppers and Flippen Lekka Spice
- Transfer to baking dish
- Bake covered for 30 minutes
- Uncover and stir
- Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle atop
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes more or until heated through and crumbs are golden brown
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
