Ingredients
- 750 g Biltong
- 2 chopped onions
- olive oil
- 500ml Beef Stock
- 500g pasta shells
- 1 x green pepper and 1 x red pepper chopped
- 250g sliced mushrooms
- 250ml fresh cream
- 400g grated cheese
- Flippen Lekka Spice to taste
Method
- Combine the onion, peppers, mushrooms and olive oil and fry in pot
- Add the beef stock and pasta
- Cook until pasta is soft
- Add the fresh cream and Flippen Lekka Spice and stir
- Then add the biltong and cheese
- Stir through and cook for another 5 minutes
