Biltong Potjie

Product pairing

Ingredients

  • 750 g Biltong
  • 2 chopped onions
  • olive oil
  • 500ml Beef Stock
  • 500g pasta shells
  • 1 x green pepper and 1 x red pepper chopped
  • 250g sliced mushrooms
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 400g grated cheese
  • Flippen Lekka Spice to taste

Method

  1. Combine the onion, peppers, mushrooms and olive oil and fry in pot
  2. Add the beef stock and pasta
  3. Cook until pasta is soft
  4. Add the fresh cream and Flippen Lekka Spice and stir
  5. Then add the biltong and cheese
  6. Stir through and cook for another 5 minutes
