Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 10ml Flippen Lekka Spice
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger

Method

  1. Mix Marinade in a blender
  2. Place the chicken pieces and marinade in a zip-lock bag and let marinade overnight in the fridge
  3. Braai over hot coals until done
