Kassler Chops & Salsa Surprise

Ingredients

  • 6 Kassler chops
  • 50ml English Mustard
  • 50ml Brown sugar
  • 15 ml Flippen Lekka Spice

Method

  1. Make a salsa by using a small can of pineapple rings, chopped finely and mixed with a few finely chopped gherkins
  2. Spice the chops and grill over the coals until sealed
  3. Remove the chops and place each one on a piece foil, big enough to cover it
  4. Brush each chop with mustard and cover with the brown sugar
  5. Place a spoonful of the salsa on each chop before sealing it in the foil
  6. Place back on the coals for about 20 mins
