Ingredients
- 45ml Butter
- 150g sliced button mushrooms
- 10ml FLIPPEN LEKKA SPICE
- 250ml fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 cooked meatballs
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1 egg (beaten)
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 deg C
- In a pan, fry the mushrooms in the butter and add the spices and breadcrumbs
- roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 squares
- place two tablespoons of the mushroom mixture onto each square
- place a meatball on each one and top with the remaining mushrooms
- gently fold each one into "packets", place on a baking tray and brush them with the egg
- bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
