Creamy Crunch Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1 Chicken
• 1 Dessertspoon lemon juice
• 150g packet of finely crushed smoked-beef chips
• 1 Can Creamed mushrooms
• 1 packet mushroom soup powder
• half a cup of cooked spinach
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 10ml Flippen Lekka Spice

Method

1. Cook the chicken with the Flippen Lekka Spice and the lemon juice until soft
2. Remove the skin and debone the chicken
3. Now combine all the ingredients, place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 mins @ 180 degrees C
