Cheddar Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 cups milk
- 6 eggs(white and yolk separated)
- 3 cups matured cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Flippen Lekka Spice
Method
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
- Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for 5 mins
- Add the egg yolks, spice and cheese
- Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture
- Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until set and golden brown
- Serve with honey and/or cream
