Bacon, Walnut & Blue Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 400g Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 125g diced bacon
  • 60g walnuts
  • Flippen Lekka Spice to taste
  • 100g gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chives

Method

  1. Prepare the spaghetti until al dente and drain
  2. Fry the onion and bacon in the oil until golden brown
  3. Add the walnuts, fry briefly, add the spaghetti and fry for about 2 minutes whilst seasoning with Flippen Lekka Spice
  4. Crumble the gorgonzola over the pasta and stir through
  5. Garnish with the chives
