  • Haal uit the schnitzels uit die packaging en dry them met kitchen paper

Metode

  1. Geur ligly met Flippen Lekka Spice
  2. Put some koekmeel in a plastic bag en Plaas die schnitzels one by one in the bag, shaking them to coat met meel
  3. Dip the schnitzels one by one in a beaten eier en coat evenly
  4. Dip the schnitzels in broodkrummels flavoured met Flippen Lekka Spice
  5. Plaas die crumbed schnitzels on an open plate in the fridge vir at least 4 hours before Braaiing them
  6. Verhit sunflower olie in a heavy based pan en Braai each schnitzel on both sides tot goudbruin
  7. Dreineer on kitchen paper en Bedien warm
  8. NB: Do Not skip the step where the schnitzels are verkoeld
  9. This sal ensure that the crumbs stick to die vleis
