Kassler Chops & Salsa Surprise

Bestanddele

• 6 Kassler chops
• 50ml English Mustard
• 50ml Brown sugar
• 15 ml Flippen Lekka Spice

Metode

1. Make a salsa by using a small can of pineapple rings, gekap finely en Menged met a few fyngekap gherkins
2. Spice the chops en grill over the coals tot sealed
3. Haal uit the chops en Plaas each one on a stuk folie, big enough to Bedek it
4. Smeer each chop met mustard en Bedek met the brown sugar
5. Plaas a spoonful of the salsa on each chop before sealing it in the folie
6. Plaas back on the coals vir ongeveer 20 mins
