Flippen Lekka Braai Pie

Bestanddele

• Use a sandwich type grid met edges en apply some Kooking spray
• 2 Rols of Puff deeg
• 1 Packet Shredded spek
• 1 ui
• 1 Red peper
• 1 Yellow peper
• 1 Packet of sampioene
• Mozzarella and/or cheddar kaas na smaak
• Flippen Lekka Spice na smaak. Defrost the dough en Rol the first one out onto the grid

Metode

1. Braai the ui, spek en pepers together
2. Spread the ui, peper en spek Mengture onto the dough
3. Chop en Voeg by the sampioene
4. Apply Flippen Lekka Spice na smaak
5. Voeg by the gerasper kaass
6. Plaas die second Rol of dough on top
7. Seal the dough on the sides
8. Eier wash the dough vir that extra goudbruin effect
9. Plaas it high up on the coals en turn constantly tot goudbruin
