- 1/3 koppie botter
- 2 eetlepels snipped fresh grasuie
- 1 teelepel finely shredded lemon peel
- 5ml Flippen Lekka Spice
Metode
- Rinse kreef tails en pat dry met paper towels
- Botterfly tails by using a sharp knife to Sny lengthwise through centre of hard top shell en meat, Snyting to, but not through, bottoms of shells
- Press shell halves of tails apart met your fingers
- For sauce, in a small saucepan melt botter
- Haal uit uit Verhit
- Roer in grasuie, speserye en lemon peel
- Haal uit a few eetlepels of die sous en set the remaining sauce aside
- Ligly grease the rack of a gas grill
- PreVerhit grill
- Reduce Verhit to medium
- Smeer kreef meat met some of die sous
- Plaas kreef, meat sides down, on the grill rack directly over Verhit
- Bedek en grill vir 6 minuut
- Turn kreef
- Smeer met the rest of the eetlepels sauce
- Bedek en grill vir 6 to 8 minuut more of tot done
- Verhit the reBediend sauce, Roerring occasionally
- Transfer die sous to small bowls vir dipping en Bedien met kreef
- Can also be prepared on the coals
