  • 1/3 koppie botter
  • 2 eetlepels snipped fresh grasuie
  • 1 teelepel finely shredded lemon peel
  • 5ml Flippen Lekka Spice

Metode

  1. Rinse kreef tails en pat dry met paper towels
  2. Botterfly tails by using a sharp knife to Sny lengthwise through centre of hard top shell en meat, Snyting to, but not through, bottoms of shells
  3. Press shell halves of tails apart met your fingers
  4. For sauce, in a small saucepan melt botter
  5. Haal uit uit Verhit
  6. Roer in grasuie, speserye en lemon peel
  7. Haal uit a few eetlepels of die sous en set the remaining sauce aside
  8. Ligly grease the rack of a gas grill
  9. PreVerhit grill
  10. Reduce Verhit to medium
  11. Smeer kreef meat met some of die sous
  12. Plaas kreef, meat sides down, on the grill rack directly over Verhit
  13. Bedek en grill vir 6 minuut
  14. Turn kreef
  15. Smeer met the rest of the eetlepels sauce
  16. Bedek en grill vir 6 to 8 minuut more of tot done
  17. Verhit the reBediend sauce, Roerring occasionally
  18. Transfer die sous to small bowls vir dipping en Bedien met kreef
  19. Can also be prepared on the coals
