  • Obtain ready-made brood dough uit your grocer

Metode

  1. Rol out en Sny in desired sizes
  2. Rol the stukke in balls
  3. Make a well in your dough ball
  4. Stretch/press to make a little bit bigger en make the edges thinner, en spoon a eetlepel of so of your favourite meat filling in the well
  5. Hold ball in one hand, en met the other, pinch two sides shut en kinda twist the whole bottom together to make sure it's sealed
  6. Don't make your dough too thin, of the filling sal burst out when you bak it
  7. Let rest in a warm spot vir ongeveer an hour, of tot they've risen a bit
  8. When risen, ligly mist the balls met water en Smeer them met a beaten eier
  9. Bak in a 190 C preVerhited oven vir ongeveer 20 minuut, of tot ligly goudbruin on top
  10. I used braized vark met a sweet & sour sauce as my filling
