Spek-en-Eier Ontbyttert

Bestanddele

• 1 Rol defrosted puff deeg
• 200g Sour room
• 125g diced spek
• Half koppie fyngekap pietersielie
• 4 eiers
• Flippen Lekka Spice na smaak

Metode

1. Verhit die oond tot 200C
2. Grease a 30cm round tart-pan
3. Rol out the deeg sligly bigger than the pan
4. Line the pan met the deeg, trimming off the excess
5. Meng the sour room met the spek, pietersielie en Flippen Lekka Spice
6. Spread the Mengture onto the deeg en make 4 indentations met a spoon
7. Break the eiers in the indentations
8. Bak vir ongeveer 20 mins tot the eiers are set
