- 1 snoek spiced met Flippen Lekka Spice Marineer 1: Lemon Juice, botter, Apricot jam & knoffel Mengd. Marineer 2: Olive olie, dry white wine, lemon juice & gekap pietersielie Mengd
Metode
- Use one of the above Marineers to baste the snoek whilst braaiing on medium coals
- Five minuut before the snoek is done, finely grate a bit of green peper over the snoek to give it a very distinct taste
