Bestanddele

• 800g ground beesvleis
• 300g vark wors meat
• 1/2 koppie broodkrummels
• 2 t Flippen Lekka Spice
• 1 small ui fyngekap
• 1 groot eier ligly beaten
• 1/4 koppie ketchup. Before you get started, Verhit die oond tot 180 C en ligly spray a muffin pan

Metode

1. Meng all the ingredients in a Menging bowl, kneading together well
2. Evenly divide die vleis Mengture in muffin pan
3. Evenly divide the ketchup over each mini meatloaf
4. Slide the muffin pan in the oven en bak vir 45 minuut, tot Kooked through
